Refund & Return Policy

The reputation and success of NECK LESS rest on making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We value you as a customer and aim to provide support to ensure proper use of the product. That's why the Neck Less Reviews are so high when we hear from our loyal customers. 

For purchases not made directly from NECK LESS, please refer to the return policy of the merchant where the product was purchased.

Important Product Exception

The Short Hair Bundle contains cosmetic-use materials and is considered final sale. It is not eligible for return or refund. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

30-Day Return Policy (Direct Purchases Only)

Products purchased directly from NECKLESS may be eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice date only if all the following conditions are met:

  • No more than 3 strips have been used

  • You have contacted our Customer Success Team for assistance with any usage issues

  • You have allowed us the opportunity to help, including offering a video call demonstration to guide proper application

If you are having difficulty applying the product, we will schedule a video call with one of our customer service representatives to walk you through the correct usage. If needed, we will then provide return authorization and instructions.

Refund Details

  • Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method

  • Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase

  • Returns received after 30 days may be reduced or not eligible for a refund
